Scope
Six-storey mixed-use building comprising residential units, commercial retail spaces, and ancillary parking facilities with mechanical and utility systems.
Structural System
Special Moment Resisting Frame (SMRF) — welded steel frame with full-penetration connections. Composite floor system of steel beams with steel deck and reinforced concrete topping. Lateral loads resisted through ductile moment frame action.
