Commercial pickleball facility with multiple indoor courts, administrative spaces, spectator areas, and associated utilities.
Structural System
Special Moment Resisting Frame (SMRF) — welded steel moment connections with reinforced concrete composite floor system. Lateral loads resisted through flexural action of ductile frame.
